Capacity at Ashton Gate is upwards of 21,000. However, after segregation the ticket allocation comes down to approximately 19,500. Average gates are generally around 16,000 and the nature of the stands being as close to the pitch as they are helps to generate a fantastic atmosphere. One i'm looking forward to being a part of in the near future. However, from a view point, the stadium is quite old and there are many pillars throughout the Williams and Wedlock stands. The Dollman and Ateyo stands are pillar free and offer perfect views.
